BaptistCare NSW & ACT Acquisition

In January 2023, Tulich Family Communities announced they had entered into an agreement for three of our sites to be acquired by BaptistCare NSW & ACT. Those sites were Blue Hills Retirement Village and Manor (Prestons), Durham Green Retirement Village,  Lodge and Manor (Menangle)and Kintyre Living Retirement Village and Lodge (Dubbo).  

BaptistCare is a not for profit care organisation that shares similar values to Tulich Family Communities,  and we are pleased that a like-minded organisation chose to invest in and commit to our locations at Prestons, Menangle and Dubbo. 

BaptistCare already operates aged care, retirement and community services across South West Sydney and  the Central West, and has almost 80 years of experience caring for people. 

For Tulich Family Communities, our decision to sell these three properties wasn’t an easy one. However, we firmly believe in BaptistCare we found an organisation which will build on our legacy. They share our values and principles and will continue to deliver the standard and quality of care our facilities have become well-known for.
